They can turn a conflict into a positive lesson for the future.ENTJ Relationship Problems (What Blocks their Purpose?)
As an ENTJ, you are great at rationalizing, instantly knowing in a business sense what is efficient, what organizational habits will be the panacea, and what is truly effective. However, this sharp sense of rational-judgment can make for poor decisions in your personal relationships. You may find that your spouse is often hurt because you are too brash, especially If you are with someone who has a preference for feeling.
An ENTJ can be too tightly wound up. They are great at being efficient and keeping things clean, but they may have a short temper if things are not up to their standards. They may cry over spilled milk and that cry may go for an ineffective amount of time. An ENTJ is a machine for thought, intuition, and sense, but feeling is its sore thumb and can also creep up suddenly. An ENTJ may experience one of the most intense midlife crises due to this because transitioning to less intense lifestyles as they get closer to retiring is not always ideal.
An ENTJ likes to work and solve problems and being prevented from this role is soul crushing. An ENTJ may easily get into heated verbal conversations that can make for an argumentative, unpleasant person.
An ENTJ should strive to see things with open eyes and not try to pigeonhole an argument for the sake of their fun. In some scenarios, it could be borderline emotionally abusive.
Need an ENTJ to go fire someone? They have a knack for being confrontational. On the flip side, they can also have issues understanding boundaries and giving privacy to those that need it. For many people, arguments are more about an exchange of ideas, but the ENTJ sees in black and white.
This can upset higher-thinking personalities who think more abstractly. But it highlighted some common problems or paradoxes that I encounter when dating ENTJs that I really do not know how to deal with. I've also received advice on some points which seems to contradict each other. I'd like to know if these really are specific ENTJ problems and how best to solve them.
I understand that ENTJs like to observe prospective partners on how they handle difficult situations.
In general, I don't mind this, sometimes I even like to show people I can handle myself. What I take exception to is when I'm intensionally placed into an impossible situation due to inaction of my ENTJ date.

For example, I was once round this guy's house on a date with a small group of his friends, and his housemate was basically indirectly insulting me in front of everyone and my date said nothing. I feel this is a catch as if I ignore the insult I show lack of self respect and weakness, if I defend myself it would cause social tension, embarrassment and turn his friends against me, if I counter with comedy it demonstrates appeasement, if I ask my date to do something about it it shows lack of independence, if I get upset if shows I'm emotionally unstable, and if I walk away it shows I'm not prepared to fight.
If the roles were reversed I would kick the housemate into touch. I consider it bad manners to let a friend insult a date. This is a specific example but I've been in loads of similar positions.
How should I deal with it? Would quietly and privately discussing it with my date after be the best approach? These individuals are extremely well-suited for leadership roles. Being an extraverted thinker, this kind of individual has no problem discovering what needs to be done and then delegating tasks for others to carry out. To outsiders, ENTJ can seem cold, blunt, and bossy — and in truth, they can be but this usually stems from their certainty about a solution and the steps necessary to make it come to fruition.
ENTJs have an aptitude for business that comes as naturally to them as breathing. Whether this individual pursues an office career, fills the role of a salesperson, or makes the move into entrepreneurship, this charismatic and inspiring personality will most likely find a way to be top-notch at what he or she is doing and will find a way to profit from it.
These individuals are extraverts which means that they prefer to live their lives externally by observing and processing that which goes on in reality.
Common problems when dating ENTJs : entj
ENTJs like to take in their environment and use their razor-sharp problem solving skills to turn problems into solutions. Although very good at coming up with their own solutions and ideas, ENTJ is also genuinely happy to listen to the ideas of others and encourages those around them to be as energetic and passionate as he or she is.
This kind of attitude can be very inspirational, especially in a romantic relationship. ENTJ is a planner and is very good about mapping long-term goals for the future. Their gift of gab and alluring personality would make it easy for a potential partner to find out whether this individual intends to head down the same life path as they.
ENTJ does have a less-dominant intuitive nature that can pick up on the feelings and motives of others, and while they may seem uncaring about the feelings of others, they often harbor strong feelings of affection and tenderness towards those they care about. ENTJ can even be sentimental, although this usually comes out in sporadic bursts rather than a continuous stream of romanticism.
